Individual sessions are structured around your personal goals and challenges. Giving time to yourself can be just what you need to feel the reward of growth and a deeper understanding of self. We enjoy working with individuals with an array of life challenges, and often treat individuals experiencing anxiety, OCD, depression, grief and loss, trauma and PTSD, life transitions, anger management, deficits in healthy coping skills, ineffective communication skills, eating disorders, dual diagnoses, and addiction.
