While this is not trauma treatment brainspotting, you will learn that in fact we all brainspot every day! We just aren't very aware of it. This video will guide you on how to find your own personal resource spot which is individual to each and every person. A resource spot is a spot in our visual field that when we look there, we regulate our emotions, calm our breath, and decrease our anxiety.
