Book Review- The F*ck It Diet

This is one of my favorite books. I have shared it with so many individuals who struggle with body image, relationship to food, and who have disordered eating. This book is a sassy and easy to read book suitable for older teens and adults. Use caution if you are sensitive to curse words! This book is broken down into helpful chapters including physical part, emotional part, mental part and thriving part. This is such a good supplement to therapy, to help one stay on track with their recovery goals in between sessions. Plus, the writing prompts encourage deeper understanding and connection to the importance of change and how to master it in a mindful and courageous way. This is a must-read!
