Here are a few easy ways to bring down anxiety and stress levels in a matter of minutes, using skills that I teach in my office every day. Bilateral stimulation is a long way of saying "activating both hemispheres of the brain at the same time", and is done with left and right alternating movements or stimulus. These are simple and quick ways to alleviate the stresses of the day, to fall asleep more peacefully, and to rest the body and mind. Let me know what you think!
