If you have been fortunate enough to have experienced true self- confidence, you know how fickle it can be. There are so many factors in life that can knock us off of our confident feet. This video gives you the tips and tricks you need to make sure you can stay on top of your healthy self-confidence when it begins to falter. What is self- confidence? A feeling of competency and trust in one's own judgment, abilities, performance, and personality. Its being able to walk into a room full of people and to NOT be consumed with thoughts about yourself- are you too much...are you not enough. But rather, you just are. And are pretty awesome at that!
