Even current medicine and mental health still have not uncovered everything about our physical bodies, how our minds work, and the connections between. And only recently have the medical field and mental health field started pairing up together (thank goodness!) to better understand these complexities. Our brain communicates to our bodies and our bodies communicate to our brain. Relentlessly, ever cell is communicating to us about the world we live in and how we respond to it.
