What actually are trauma and PTSD? Let's look at the true definitions and see what we can do to beginning the healing process. Don't let the big scary word of trauma throw you off. In reality, every single one of us has experienced trauma. In this video I describe "Big T" and "little t" traumas, and how they impact us differently. Yes we think of some really big and obvious life experiences for trauma, but you too, have been through some things that have either left a mark or impacted you in some way. Being born is traumatizing! Whats even more important is learning how these events affected us, and being able to do the work together to heal, prosper and live a fully engaged and fulfilling life.
